You are entitled to the services of our third party insurance specialist who will organise the repairs, a replacement vehicle and make contact with the at fault drivers insurers, regardless of the cover provided by your own motor vehicle insurance policy.
The invoice for the repairs, and the replacement vehicle we organise, are sent directly to the insurance company of the driver who was at fault for the accident.
